A new short film, "Permille", by Marteinn Thorsson has been selected to screen at the Reykjavik International Film Festival. The flick was shot on a lark last May as a part of an experiment by Thorsson to utilize the Canon 1D and 5D cameras in feature filmmaking. The film is about the adventures of a drunk in downtown Reykjavik. Three people were in the crew. Thorsson shot the picture and edited as well as writing and directing the piece.
